These tortillas are golden, crisp, and perfect for burritos or fajitas. They have an amazing texture: chewy, floury, and easy to fold into form. And, most importantly, they’re grain-free!

Extra tip: if cooked for a full twenty minutes, the end result will be a harder consistency, like flatbread. Cook for less time to achieve a softer, tortilla-like consistency.
