Who is Windell Middlebrooks?

Windell is an actor/performer with a personality as big as his home state Texas, made up of a lot of Soul with just a little Funk. He is most known for his role in ABC’s “Body of Proof” and as the famous delivery guy in the Miller High Life commercials, but he has played many recurring roles on a number of TV Shows.

Key ingredients to make the healthy version:

  • Conventional Beef  – Grass-fed beef 

Eating a healthy cow that has not been fed corn is a much better choice.

  • Margarine, canola oil or vegetable oil We love butter 

Your brain is made of 80% fat. Butter is an excellent source of arachidonic acid, which is good for your brain. Stay away from trans-fats.

  • All Purpose Flour –  Gluten free flour

Gluten free flour contains no wheat. It’s made of non-gmo grains, potato flour and a little coconut flour. It’s high in fiber and high in protein.

  • Mashed Potatoes Mashed Cauliflower

Get off the carbs.

  • Regular 2% Milk Organic Whole Milk from grass fed cows

There are no added hormones in organic milk and whole milk is good source of clean fat.
