The Benham brothers are proof that ambition and humility can go hand-in-hand. In a leap of faith, these entrepreneurs started a small real estate company, moved their families in together, and went from swinging bats to mowing lawns and pushing mops, all to make their dream a reality. As the Benham brothers put it, you must posture yourself for success, but die to the dream in your heart.

Healthy Ballpark-Style Hot Dogs and French Fries

Key Ingredients For The Healthy Version:

• Potatoes fried in cooking oil – Organic, non-GMO potatoes baked with grape seed oil

• Hot dog buns – Grainless buns made with almond flour, almond meal, psyllium husk, and egg whites

• Hot dogs – Grass-fed beef dogs

Key Ingredients To Success

• Stand on your principles and do not bend.

• Allow God to work in your life.

French Fries deep friend in Vegetable oil:
Organic potatoes seasoned with sea salt and cooked in grapeseed oil

Conventionally processed PORK hot dogs:
Organic all grassfed beef hotdogs with no nitrates or preservatives

Enriched flour, sugar sweetened hot dogs:
Grain Free Hot Dog Buns
Grain Free Hot Dog Buns:

1 cups (3 dl) almond meal
1/4 cup blanched almond flour
1/16 of tsp of stevia (dash or to taste)
5 tablespoons ground psyllium husk (flakes or powder will do, found in the supplement section of
your whole foods)
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
3 egg whites
1 cup (2.5 dl) boiling water

-Turn on the oven and set it to 350F (175C).
-Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. (flours, psyllium, salt,
stevia, baking powder)
-Blend in the egg whites using a hand mixer.
-Add the boiling water and keep blending until you’ve got a
dough. (about 1-2 min)
-Shape the dough into buns make sure they are rounded mounds to make them fluffy
-Place the buns on a parchment papered baking dish, and put them in the oven for about 50 minutes.
-Cut the buns either directly in the center (don’t cut through to the bottom so it holds your toppings! You can also slice them down one side kind of like a pita pocket to really stuff in more toppings!
